Cheesy Sausage and Rice! Struggle meal #1

Hey Ladies, 

An Engagement post I posted earlier inspired me to start a recipe Blog for what I call “struggle Meals”— not that I am struggling— but the less money I spend in other areas, I can spend more on fun stuff ;)

This is Cheesy Sausage and Rice

here is what I used: 

2 90 second jasmine rices, cooked

one smoked sausage

One can of cream of mushroom

1.5 cups of broccoli florettes

2 cups of of chicken broth

5 kraft cheese singles

Direction:

First, I Sautéed the Broccoli and the thinly sliced sausage pieces, then I added my two packs of Jasmine rice. I mixed it around and added my Chicken broth, Mushroom soup directly from can, and kraft singles!  I simmered on low while mixing until everything was mixed well, and melted! I covered and removed from heat for a few minutes, and then served! The kids ate it right up!  You can add milk if it’s to thick. 

This made enough for 9, and costed me $10 in total!
