Everything I pack in my Personal case for Vendor shows!

Everything I pack in my Personal case for Vendor shows!

When we attend craft shows or vendor shows, we always make sure to bring along our products to sell-- Of Course. This blog will focus on everything that goes on behind the scenes as I pack everything into a standard-sized suitcase. One of the reasons I used to not do shows is I always felt like I was lacking something I needed. You can even check out a video showcasing most of the items I bring with me. It's like a sneak peek into how we prepare for these shows!

I think it's important to have a variety of items for selling or trading because they can really come in handy when you're going on long trips or attending multi-day events. It's always helpful to be well-prepared for any situation that may arise.

I used this Suitcase because I already had it laying around- However- this is currently on its way to me! A rolling craft bag! This thing would fit right in the front seat of my highlander, However, I would still put a car seat cover under it.

The first thing I put in my case are things to write with and notepads! You should also bring custom order forms if that is something you offer.

Also, I sell tee shirts and Custom ones! If you do, Here is the perfect downloadable order form. You just download and print as many times as you would like.

Another Important thing to bring is Signage/Display:

Technical:

Here are some other things I bring in this bag to try and make our time more comfortable!

First Aid kit-- Lots of scissor and wire cutter use. Plus if you have kids with you- Someone always needs a band aid!

Liquid IV for water bottles because I swear the exhaustion comes from dehydration!

Small Calculator  These old things never fail ya!

Pricing tags They are cheap, and if you do not have a price on something you could lose the sale because some people will not ask!

Money apron or a belt bag!- This keeps your cash on you, and harder to steal!

JUST added- These Lights! Here I have added them to the inside of this hutch- but, you could add them to your outdoor show displays! Battery operated with Triple A Batteries!

This is just what helped me! I am still working on this list as I do more shows! Please send to someone else doing their first show! I included links from my personal Amazon affiliate store to help you in finding some of the items I used!

If you didn't know, My name is Emily Ollangg, and I own How About That Boutique by Mrs. Ollangg located in central Ohio! My shop showcases lots of artisans in my area and if you are ever close, PLEASE stop in! I started blogging a form of therapy as I find solitude in showing you some cool, new, or at a great deal! I am an Amazon Affiliate and I can earn commissions on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you!

This is a photo of my husband and I! We have 4 beautiful children, and 3 cats! When I am not working- I enjoy every moment I can with my family and friends, but I also LOVE couponing, online shopping, designing graphics and more.
