The oven does all the work for you with these Quick & Easy Sheet Pan Dinner! This is why it is always in my weekly line up when we are running ragged with sports and work!  For this one, I use Smoked Sausage and Yukon gold potatoes!  Preheat your oven to 375, Cut the Smoked Sausage and Yukon Gold Potatoes, and toss them in olive oil and your favorite seasoning! I use Cajun seasoning.  This needs to be in the oven about 25 minutes, or until Potatoes are tender.
